2022 Monthly Transcription Parties!

Picture
Pictured left are three of the core members of what has become a monthly Transcription Party. Next meeting is Wednesday, 6 April, from approx 4.30 to approx 7.30. (People come and go.) Always includes a light supper and a lot of fun.

Visitors are welcome, to see what it is like, try it yourself, or even settle in to transcribe an entire biblical book. You need to have at least one semester of Greek, and a laptop. If you are coming for the first time we also need to get you access to the Virtual Manuscript Room at least a day ahead, so please RSVP to Dr Amy.

29 June, 2016 - Transcription Party!

A number of the GSI team will be at my house to work on our project.  That’s a great opportunity for others who are working on a MS to join us, work together, have a meal, and chat.  Anyone who’d like to learn is welcome as well.  Here are the details:

Wednesday evening, 29 June
From approx. 4 pm to 8 pm
Come and go as you wish, but try to be here for at least two hours of work in addition to eating.
Meal will be at approx. 6 (or it might be help yourself, as it often is).

It would be best to let me know you are coming for the sake of having enough food.
